To access Payment pro, it's simple.
register on the website, Activate your account from the message received in your mailbox.
Validate your account by sending an email with your provider code and the description of your activity to info@paiementpro.net or by contacting the pro payment support by WhatsApp at (225) 0778252283
How do I view my online transactions?
You can view your transactions in real time in the transaction tab, transaction tracking and even download the excel file of all your transactions
How do I get my money back?
To recover your due, log in to your online space, and go to the payment tab
Request a refund by filling out the form.
Amount to be transferred, means of payment are the fields to be filled in.
A financial agent will contact you for confirmation before disbursement of your funds.
What is the deadline for repayment of my funds?
With Payment Pro, payments are made within 48 hours maximum.
What is the minimum amount to donate?
The minimum amount is 5,000 FCFA
What is the transaction rate on Payment Pro?
At Paiement Pro, rates vary depending on the modules used.
5% of transactions on our modules: Lien Pro, Eventpro, BoutiquePro and for Paiement Pro integrations to your own website using our APIs.
